These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Replyge, an AI-powered customer-service assistant for Instagram Business accounts. By creating a Replyge account or connecting an Instagram Business account to Replyge, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
"Replyge", "we", "us" and "our" refer to QuantumTechX SH.P.K., a limited liability company registered in Kosovo under business identification number 812177302, registered office at Shote Galica, Pn, Vushtrri, Kosovo. Contact: support@replyge.com.
Replyge connects to your Instagram Business account through Meta's official Instagram Graph API. When a customer messages your business on Instagram, Replyge generates a reply in Kosovar Albanian (or other supported languages) using an AI model (Anthropic Claude) and sends it back to the customer through your account, within Meta's 24-hour customer service window. You retain full control: you can pause AI replies, take over the conversation manually, disconnect Instagram, or delete your account at any time.

Violating any of these is grounds for immediate suspension of your Replyge account, and we may report the violation to Meta. Repeated or severe violations may also result in Meta independently restricting your Instagram Business account, which is outside our control.
When Replyge handles your customers' Instagram DMs, you remain the data controller for that customer data and Replyge acts as your data processor. You are responsible for telling your customers (e.g. in your Instagram bio, store page, or first AI reply) that AI-powered replies are used. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data on your behalf.
Replyge currently operates with a free tier (up to a monthly message quota) and paid tiers for higher quotas. The current tier is visible inside your Replyge dashboard under Settings → Plan. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice by email; you may cancel before the new pricing takes effect.
If you exceed your monthly quota, AI replies pause until the next billing period or until you upgrade. We never silently charge for overages.
We aim for 99% monthly uptime but Replyge is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees. Planned maintenance and Meta's own API outages are excluded from any availability calculation. We are not liable for missed messages or lost orders caused by Meta API rate limits, Meta access-token invalidation, Instagram outages, or your own choice to disconnect Replyge.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Replyge's total liability to you under these Terms is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or 100 EUR, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost customers.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active accounts by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Replyge after the change means you accept the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by negotiation will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pristina, Kosovo. For consumers located in the EU, mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence also applies.
